Hot water, heating, lighting, portable appliance testing and insurance are all included in the cost of your rent. Internet access is also provided free of charge.
There is 24/7 security and the communal areas are also cleaned as part of the rent.
No, we do not take a deposit.
But you will have to make a prepayment of rent when you accept your room offer. This is rent, and you won't receive any money back at the end of your lease.
Because we don't ask for a deposit, any damages must be paid in full immediately.
If you pay in full, you will get a 2% discount. The full rent must be paid within the 14 day lease acceptance period for the discount to apply.
The initial rent prepayment should be paid online here. You must pay within 14 days of getting your offer email to accept your room.
The monthly recurring debit/credit card information must be set up via the link sent to you by the Finance Team.
Recurring monthly card payments will be taken on the 9th of each month, as per your lease. After the first prepayment is made, the rent needs to be paid from October up to and including May for 40-week leases and up to and including August for 51-week leases.
