When you visit the Parker House website, it looks like there are no rooms left. This is because the university has held them all for Abertay students like you.
You will book via an exclusive code that we'll email you once the bookings are open in the spring.

Once you've firmly accepted your offer to study at Abertay University (you're definitely intending to study with us in September) you'll get an email inviting you to apply for a room.
Click the link in the email and use the code to book your place. This means your rent will be an Abertay-only special rate.
*Our agreement with Parker House provide the University with dedicated access to accommodation for our students at special rent rates.
We have an exclusive agreement with the private company running Parker House.
All rooms in Parker House are en-suite with showers, and sizes range from singles to doubles to studios. There are social spaces with pool tables, a laundry, a 24/7 gym and round the clock security. Very close to major supermarkets and the city centre. Only five mins walk to Abertay.
All flats have shared kitchens and are mixed female and male - there are no single sex flats in Parker House.
