A Subject Access Request ("SAR") under the Data Protection Act 1998 only covers a request for that person's own information. Please note that personal information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (by section 38) and is also excepted from disclosure under equivalent provisions within the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Please do not make a freedom of information request for your own information: if you wish to make a SAR, please download the Data Subject Access Request Form and send it in to the address above for Subject Access Requests, together with a cheque for £10 payable to "Abertay University".
