Subject Information - BSc (Hons) Mental Health Nursing

This three-year Mental Health Nursing degree will provide you with a thought-provoking and contemporary study programme, carefully crafted to equip you with the knowledge, skills and experience you need to practice as a mental health nurse.

... as you take a journey to become a reflective, self-aware and person-centred mental health practitioner. 

We teach a lot of the curriculum in small groups, making sure you form strong bonds with your peers, working together over your stay with us to develop your ability to support others.

Sports at Abertay

Sport and physical activity at Abertay University is as much a part of university life as attending lectures and tutorials. Although a small university, Abertay offers a wide range of clubs from the traditional sports such as rugby and football to the more diverse sports such as dance.

Sports Clubs

Becoming a member of a Sports Club at Abertay is a great way to stay fit, meet new people outside your usual social circles and give you that much-needed downtime after a long day of studying.

We currently have lots of sports clubs supporting many competitive and social teams here at Abertay ranging from traditional team sports such as football and rugby to individual sports such as golf and athletics.
