If an acceptable course is available through Clearing, universities will give them a verbal offer over the phone.
To formally accept the offer, they should go onto the UCAS Hub. They will have a limited amount of time to accept the offer before it goes back into the Clearing pool.
The next step will be to apply for both accommodation and student funding, if required.
