Allocated seat number

When you register, you’ll automatically receive details of the ceremony you’ll be graduating at and be given your own invitation card and an allocated seat number. Your seat number is very important, so keep the card safe and bring it with you to the ceremony.

How many guests can I bring?

As a student, you’ll be issued with your own free ticket giving entrance to the ceremony and the post-ceremony drinks reception. Guest tickets are available up to ten per student. Tickets cost £8.00 each and tickets for children under five are free of charge. Children aged two and under, who can sit on an adult’s knee, don’t need a ticket. Please note children must be accompanied by an adult other than the graduating student.

When will I get my tickets?

You can collect them from the Registration Desk in the Caird Hall Complex between 2.00pm and 4.00pm the day before Graduation, Thursday 21 November, or on Graduation Day from 8.30am onwards. Pick them up as early as you can, don’t wait until shortly before the ceremony.
