Thanks for joining us at our Open Day. We loved welcoming you onto campus and hope you enjoyed your day and left with a clear idea of what studying at Abertay is like. Now you've taken that first step, you might feel unsure of what to do next. Don't worry. We'll guide you through the process step by step.
A lot goes on at an Open Day. Between attending course talks and campus tours, chatting to accommodation providers, staff and current students it'd be unsurprising if you felt overloaded with information. That's okay. Take a minute to reflect on what stood out most to you:
Which courses interested you the most?
What bits of the experience got you excited?
Did you speak to any staff or students you'd like to follow up with?
Did you feel like you could see yourself studying here?
Ready to dive deeper? If you want to find out more about the course(s) you're interested in, check out our course pages.
Discover course details: Browse through our course pages and learn about modules, assessments and teaching styles.
Check entry requirements: Make sure you understand what qualifications you'll need and any additional steps for your application.
Plan your future: See where your chosen course could take you - explore career paths, industry links and graduate opportunities.
Forgot to ask a question? Not a problem! There's a heap more information on our website or you can contact our recruitment team who'll happily chat you through anything to do with your application.

Once you've done your research and found the right fit for your future it's time to lock in your choices. If you're aiming to study with us you have to apply through UCAS. You can choose up to five courses across different Uni's with just one UCAS application.
Abertay's institution code is A30.
Applications should arrive directly at UCAS by the deadline date. This is the 'equal consideration' deadline, which means course providers must consider all applications received by this time equally.
Your personal statement is your opportunity to show off your skills and passions. Need some help with it? Speak to your school/college teachers and lecturers or head over to the UCAS website where there's loads of helpful advice.
If you receive an offer from us, you will be invited to an Offer Holder Day. It's a chance to get to know your chosen course(s) even better and gives you the opportunity to:
Explore our campus in more detail
Chat with lecturers and current students
Discover even more reasons to join us before making your firm choice

Keep up with us on socials and via our email newsletters where you will receive all the latest on events, admissions and campus news.
All that's left to do it accept your offer at whichever university fits your future goals. Remember, this is YOUR choice.
Good luck with your application! We hope to see you on campus again soon.
