The University can make special arrangements for examinations taken by students with disabilities. These could include:
The University adopts a flexible approach. Students are encouraged to discuss their requirements with their adviser and their requirements are reviewed each year to ensure arrangements remain appropriate.
Note: we will always try to accommodate special examination arrangements wherever we can. However, it can take time to meet your requirements, for instance by sourcing additional staff to scribe or locating a separate room.
In partnership with AccessAble, we've produced a number of Access Routes and Guides to help visitors with additional access requirements plan their journey to and from campus and our accommodation buildings.
