We have adapted our food and drink offerings so that we can give you and your guests the best possible catering experience suited to your event, at the right price.

Our menu is tailored to suit a variety of needs both for internal and external clients. We are also always happy to discuss catering requirements and create a bespoke menu just for you.

If you have any special dietary requirements, we ask you to please let us know in advance so we can take this into consideration when planning for your event.

Please note that a minimum of three days notice is required and all orders are subject to Hospitality Terms & Conditions.

We are relying on our supply chain to be able to deliver the best service possible. Whilst we will do our very best to deliver everything as you order, there may be occasions where we need to make substitutions with very short notice.

Please note all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied to external clients. Internal clients will be required to submit a cost centre when placing the booking.

How to order:

  1. To place an order to be charged to an internal University budget code, please complete our Internal Booking Form*. Note, we request that internal bookings involve external guest(s) or colleague(s), or are student specific events.

  2. To place an order to be charged to an external customer or partner, please complete our External Booking Form*.

  3. Send your completed booking form and/or any queries to

Hot Drink Voucher (£2 each)

Each voucher entitles the bearer to one small size hot drink from our coffee shops.

Any extras will be charged for and will require payment at till point.

Vouchers can be used on food, snack, and drink items. Merchandise, and stationery items cannot be purchased using vouchers.

Booking information

Standard delivery times are between  8.45am – 4.45pm, Monday to Friday.

All bookings must be placed 3 full working days before the delivery date.

Internal bookings will only be confirmed once a PO has been raised and approved.

External Bookings will be confirmed once a signed and completed copy of the booking form has been sent and receipted by

For bulk orders and large events, we require 10 days’ notice.

Minimum Spend

There is a minimum delivery spend starting from £20 on all delivery slots.  This does not apply to hot drink orders from our coffee shops

Out-of-hours/weekend bookings

For out-of-hours or weekend hospitality services and deliveries we must receive bookings at least 10 working days in advance.

Cancelling a booking

In the event of a full or partial cancellation within 3 full working days of the delivery, the full catering charge will be incurred.

We reserve the right to amend prices at short notice in line with our suppliers.

Room set up

We operate a 'drop and go' service and do not provide tables. It is the client's responsibility to make the correct arrangements for room set up and table requests. This can be done by emailing the Estates team via

Please state all dietary requirements when placing your booking. This should be provided no later than 3 working days prior to the event.


Hospitality Services use compostable paperware for all events; crockery can be requested but will incur a 20% service charge.
