How video games can help with anger management

Serious games have recently been utilised in the healthcare industry to provide a safe space for patients to overcome their health issues. This project analyses the suitability of multiple different game genres in the aid of anger management. The games shown in this showcase are small prototypes that have the potential to teach existing lessons in an engaging way to a modern audience. These games are aimed at a younger audience as anger arousal is typically dealt with at an early age to stop outburst happening as an adult.
