Overseer

Synopsis

Overseer is an automatic camera observer designed to autonomously spectate first-person shooters. The project is built on top of Unreal Engine's "Lyra" project. Lyra has been used as a base for a 3v3 player-vs-player ability shooter, similar to overwatch, which Overseer is tasked with spectating. Overseer has been designed to capture a match and provide an adequate viewing experience for spectators. Powered by a sophisticated algorithm, Overseer's goal is to attempt to at least match current human observers within esports.
