Synopsis
An app developed to explore how mixed reality and its ability to convey shared space to players can be used to improve the play and social experience of card games online when compared to interacting with similar games through a traditional screen.
What motivated you to develop/create this project?
To explore how the emerging technology of mixed reality can be used to improve existing online card games, as their social experience pales in comparison to in-person.
What has been a highlight of your time at Abertay?
Frequent game jams, and the awesome community.
What are your hopes and future ambitions for after graduation?
Find work at a studio and keep working on cool projects.
