Synopsis
The study aims to discover an ideal and supportive approach to the delivery of financial concepts and terminology and how the retention process of this knowledge could be improved by designing a mobile companion application prototype. An ideal approach would be defined as a mobile application design occupying competent usability, accessibility, that is aesthetically pleasing for its target users. The application's design approach would also give its users the tools to control their current outgoings and foster improved financial decisions. Furthermore, the study aims to discover improvements to the design and usability of mobile financial application onboarding experiences to create more delighted users after they sign up for a service.

Project Motivation
For my Honours project - my final project ending my time in formal education (at least for a while) - I decided that I wanted to have an impact on society by creating something through my field of interest, UX/UI design. I've recently become more interested in finance as well.
So, to merge my desire with my recent interest in finance, I designed this project to increase peoples' awareness of their personal finances and the topic of finance in general, aiming to help them become more financially adept.
