Enhancing Geography Education Through Gamification

With our world being increasingly lived and experienced online, there is a unique opportunity to integrate our traditional learning methods with new and exciting systems. Gamification provides the opportunity to merge learning with gaming and create an experience that is more engaging and more effective. This project focuses on the subject of geography, aiming to create a gamified mobile learning aid that helps learners to build their knowledge and practice their skills. The app uses Gamification to build a user experience that makes learning more enjoyable, motivating players to engage and learn consistently. In essence, this project blends User Experience, User Interface and Gameplay Design with Educational theory, Gamification and Psychology to build an engaging learning experience.
