Call for Scotland-based Independent Games to exhibit in New York City!

Deadline extended to Wed 4 March

Abertay University is teaming up with Babycastles Indie Arcade and Gallery in New York City to showcase interactive media work by Scottish Game Development talent.

We are looking for work which showcases innovation, playfulness and experimentation to promote the talent and expertise we have here in Scotland to an international audience, and invite independent developers, students, staff and graduates of all Scottish educational institutions to submit their work for consideration.

Work which is interactive or *related to* interactive arts is eligible, therefore individuals working in programming, design, audio and arts are all welcome to submit. In addition to your proposed work for exhibition, we would also welcome proposals for talks, performances and workshops.

Please note that whilst we will cover the costs of shipping and display of the selected work, we are unable to pay fees for inclusion of your work. You will, of course, be fully credited within the exhibition text, programme and documentation, and all relevant documentation will be shared with you after the show.

Deadline for submissions: 5pm, Wednesday 4th March 2020
Notice of outcome:  Friday 13th March 2020
Install: w/b Monday 30th March 2020
Exhibition open: Saturday 4th April until Friday 24th April 2020 at Babycastles, NYC.
