Pennsylvania College of Technology is a public institution that was founded in 1941. It is a relatively small university with a total of 5,514 undergraduate students. The university applies the learning gained into the community and real world settings. It is also a national leader in applied technology education. It has over 60 sports clubs and societies, allowing students to socialise and network with like-minded people.
The university offers on-campus apartments and traditional dormitories so you don’t have to look far for accommodation. There is also an on-campus gym and free fitness centre for students. It is a buzzing university campus with constant on-going activities including the fairs and cook outs - when the weather is nice. The university provides free buses to the nearby mall and cinema, about a mile away from campus. The university is based in Williamsport, a historically sporting city and the birth place of Little League. The headquarters of Little League is located in the city, and it hosts the annual Little League World Series. There are many things to visit in and around the city, including the Little League museum or Clyde Peeling’s Reptiland.
