Students with Caring Responsibilities

Students with Caring Responsibilities

Carers Trust provides the following definition of carers or students with caring responsibilities: 'a carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a family member or friend who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without their support.'

We understand that many students are responsible for supporting and providing care for a family member or friend. There is support and guidance available throughout the student journey from admissions to graduation and beyond for students with caring responsibilities.

Should you need assistance, or simply have a question, Student Services is here to support you. Read our Student with Caring Responsibilities Protocol to find out ways in which we can help or contact us using the methods below
