Searra Leishman

Another alum of the Abertay University Master’s Degree in Games Development. Searra is an avid champion of inclusive design methodology, with over 12 years of experience in the games industry. A firm believer in building supportive working environments, that celebrate diversity, she joined Hyper Luminal Games in May of 2021. Spending the past 2 years working with the leadership team to help build accessibility and inclusive design into the ethos of the studio. In April of last year, she had the opportunity to pitch for the InGame Inclusive and Accessible Design Accelerator. Successfully securing a place for her team on the 8-week program, which has been instrumental in driving positive change towards building accessibility into the studio development.
