Why did you decide to study at Abertay?

I'm from Dundee and when I applied to universities, I noticed Abertay offered the degree I wished to study. I attended an open day and I was sold! It just felt like it was the right place for me to go.

What were the highlights of your time at the University?

Being a member of the student social media team was great fun as it gave me a new challenge to focus on and express myself away from academic studies. The social aspects were brilliant too - a day out after an exam in 3rd year with my classmates springs to mind!

What's your long term ambition?

I’ve had it in my mind to become a lecturer for some time. However, I'm very open minded and love taking on completely new challenges. So really, the long term goal is just to keep learning and keep working hard in whatever form, whether it be studying, working or anything else, and just see where the wind takes me!
