Patrick Murray

My degree from Abertay gave me the tools to get to where I needed to go. It was a very lab based degree, which is very useful in today’s market. You can have all the qualifications in the world, but if you don’t have that experience not many people will be interested. It gave me a good footing and good basic skills. The tutors were always very friendly and approachable. Even after university, I could always get in contact with them and they were always happy to help.

It was a great place. I worked in the union while I was there and had a great circle of friends. I was never bored and was always meeting new people.
