The University Court normally meets five times per academic year
Further information including the Committees of Court, the Members of Court and other key Court documents from the University Court is available on our website.
In line with the Scottish Code of Good Governance 2017, Court minutes are published on our website. They are available online for the current academic year and the preceding five years.
Minutes for meetings held out with this time period are available by request, by contacting foi@abertay.ac.uk
Minutes are published once they have been approved at the following meeting of Court and have been approved for release by the Chair of Court. Confidential items and minutes relating to Reserved Business will not be published.
The dates of upcoming meetings are provided for information and where available will include a link to a copy of the agenda, which will be replaced by a copy of the approved minutes when available.

The papers considered at meetings are made available to staff and students via the University’s intranet, unless they are considered to breach confidentiality or would not be in the interests of the institution.
Request for papers from individuals external to the University should be made to foi@abertay.ac.uk
