Abertay’s plans for gender equality are embedded within a range of initiatives, reports and action plans in line with our mainstreamed approach to inclusion, diversity and equality. The gender equality plan is predominantly set out in our Athena Swan Action Plan 2018-22. In addition, gender equality plans are addressed in our mainstreaming outcomes set out in our Equality Mainstreaming Report 2021. Relevant action was also drawn together in our Gender Action Plan in 2017 as part of the University’s Scottish Funding Council Outcome Agreement.
