Intro
The BCS Level 1 Certificate for IT Users is a level one qualification which some people like to take before they decide whether to go on to ECDL proper. BCS Level 1 consists of three ECDL modules. They are:
Basic concepts of Information Technology
Using the computer and managing files in Windows XP
Information and Communication - MS Outlook and Internet Explorer
BCS Level 1 is accredited by the British Computer Society
Cost £110 per person (Fee includes cost of all tests, ECDL log book, course learning materials and tutor support)
