Intro
This one day course is designed for a wide range local government officials such as planners, engineers, architects and surveyors, waste management professions, who have a responsibility to manage their projects and services in a way that contributes to the Authority's obligations to sustainable development. The course provides an introduction to the concept of sustainable development and introduces approaches that can be used to measure an organizations progress towards their sustainability goals. The course is delivered by Dr David Blackwood and Mr Daniel Gilmour who have over ten years experience on sustainability assessment in projects.
