The number of opportunities for overseas study is increasing and information widely available on the web has made finding out about further study abroad easier, but careful planning and preparation is still essential. It is important to start your research into all the options open to you early enough to maximise your chances of both the offer of a place and funding.
The titles, content, entry requirements and length of postgraduate programmes - as well as closing dates and funding - can vary greatly. You must also make sure that the course you intend to study abroad is acceptable to professional bodies in the UK.
