SEGi is one of the leading private education providers in Malaysia. It started with the first Systematic campus established in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's commercial district in 1977. Today, SEGi comprises 14 campuses, six training centres and more than 110 academic programmes. SEGi's diplomas are officially recognised by dozens of institutions throughout the United Kingdom, and SEGi maintains a strong link with the University of Abertay Dundee.
UKAN was designed to help Malaysians stay in touch with the UK. UKAN members receive information about UK events in Malaysia, such as presentations and seminars, competitions and social gatherings. UKAN members may also join the Job Club, an employment avenue established by the British Council to help Malaysians with UK qualifications secure employment in the country in a faster and more efficient manner.
Supported by the British Council and the British High Commission in India, ABS India is the umbrella organisation for the separate "ABS Chapters". These chapters are alumni associations whose members are Indians who have been educated or trained in the UK. A non-profit organisation, ABS-India's main goal is to strengthen the Indo-UK relationship. It encourages professional networking as well as the organisation of social, cultural, professional and educational events.
