This year, as part of our 15th anniversary celebrations, Abertay is hosting the Abertay Telephone Campaign and launching the Abertay Annual Fund. The aim of the Fund is to involve alumni, friends and supporters of Abertay in providing a source of flexible funding which will enable us to continue to develop new ideas and enhance the student experience. We do not simply want to maintain the University, but to transform it for future generations.
The Fund will focus on three main areas: scholarships, learning and teaching resources, and enhancing the university experience. Scholarships will help attract and retain the brightest students regardless of their financial background, and will enable us to create a diverse student body, promoting and enhancing our reputation on a truly international stage.
We would also like to continue to provide innovative learning and teaching resources, so that we can build world-class excellence into everything that we do. Finally, by enhancing the student experience through student sport, clubs and societies, we will ensure that every student gets the most out of their time at Abertay.
The Annual Fund is designed to encourage donations and Leadership Gifts at whatever level is appropriate to the donor’s stage of life or career.
